By clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button from your Basket, you’ll enter the 3 stage Checkout process. The stages are:
- Delivery
- Review & Pay
- Complete
Delivery
The Delivery sections prompts you to select or confirm your delivery address, delivery contact details, and to choose a delivery method.
To select, change or add a delivery address, click on the Change button and follow the prompts.
Under Delivery Options, you’ll be given the list of delivery options available for your basket of products. While we price delivery as a bundle, different products may come from different labs and so may arrive in different dispatches at different times.
Review & Pay
Once you’re happy with the delivery details displayed, click “Proceed to Payment”. This will take you to the Review & Pay page where you can double check the delivery details and order amount.
If you have a promo code you can enter it here and click Apply.
Once reviewed, click “Place Order & Pay” to launch the payment window. Here you can enter your payment card details, make payment, and complete your order.
Our global payment partner for Shop purchases is Stripe, who handle the transaction and will, optionally, store your payment details for use with ArtShow.
Complete
Once your payment if processed you’ll be presented with the order completion page detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also receive an email.
Your order, invoice, and order history may be viewed in the Purchases section of the app under Plan & Billing, accessible from the side menu.
