We’ve Just Launched in Beta – Now on the App Store & Google Play!

We are delighted to announce (quietly) that our mobile app is now officially live on both the App Store and Google Play Store – and, if you’re reading this, then you’re probably among the first to try it! 🎉

As we launch in beta, we want to invite you to join us on this exciting journey. Our team across 3 continents has been working hard to bring you a seamless experience, but as with any beta launch, there may be a few rough edges. We’re still refining things, and that’s where you come in!

What to Expect During the Beta:

  • The apps are fully functional and should perform all the advertised functions available.
  • If you can download the app to your device then it should work well on your device. (For the time being, smaller screens on older devices may have to scroll a bit more than we’d like – and tablets views may not stretch to fill the screen.)
  • Our web app is live, but still being worked on. At this point we’re advising users to use the mobile apps in preference, but feel free to browse around your account in the web app if you’re on a desktop or laptop and using the Google Chrome browser.
  • You can place orders for custom print products. At the moment we’re not automatically passing through shipment tracking information, but you can drop us a line to query any order.
  • We’re actively listening to your feedback and will be making improvements based on your suggestions.
  • Updates will come frequently as we fine-tune and optimize your experience!

How You Can Help:

  1. We really value your input! If you encounter any issues, have suggestions, or just want to tell us what you like or don’t like, please share your feedback. Your feedback will help shape the future of our app and make it the best it can be.
  2. If (when!) you are happy with your experience, we’d really appreciate a review in your respective app store. You can find a link to that in the app on the side menu “Rate this app“.
  3. Invite a Friend! A referral is the best type of introduction, so we’re looking to make it great for everyone. The person you invite will get a shop discount code – and if they use it (or subscribe) – so will you! You can find the “Invite a Friend” on the app’s side menu.
